I grew up in Walpole, Massachusetts and began playing the game of golf at a young age. It was clear from the start that golf was a passion. After winning multiple junior tournaments and excelling while playing at Walpole High School, I decided I wanted to take my game to the next level.
Upon graduation from Walpole High School in 2006, I decided to take a year off to focus on my game and open as many doors as possible at the college level. After having a very productive year, I decided to enroll at Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, FL where I was offered a scholarship to play under the late Coach David Adamonis Sr. I graduated in 2011 with a degree in Sport Management/Marketing (3.6 GPA) and was presented with the University President's Award at graduation. While at JWU, I was a two-time NAIA All-American, Captain of the Golf Team and named JWU Athlete of the Year.
During May of my senior year, I played in the 2011 US Open local qualifying at Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, Massachusetts where I was medalist. After finishing up school and playing in my last NAIA National Championship, I then moved on to the sectional stage of qualifying at Woodmont Country Club in Rockville, Maryland. The experience of playing alongside players from both the Nationwide and PGA Tours gave me the confidence and reassurance that I had what it took to take my game to the professional level.
I gave up my amateur status after the US Open sectional qualifying in June 2011 and played my first few events as a pro that summer. I am continuing to work hard on my game and am getting ready for a full summer schedule with a focus on the State Opens in New England.
My ultimate goal is to make it to the PGA tour and I am willing to do whatever it is to achieve that dream. I have created this website as an outlet for people to stay updated on my progress and as a way for them to show their support. Thank you for checking it out!
